I have been an Eye Doctor for the last 8 years, and I am a mom to 3 very busy boys. As a mom, I realize just how important self-care is. Often, we get so busy taking caring of those around us we end up neglecting ourselves in the process.

Fortunately, one of the side effects of this technology is reduced ocular surface dryness. After doing further research, I knew I needed to bring this to my patients and Eyes 360.
